Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

Easy, Affordable Family Dinner | Taco Tuesday Alternative | Pita Bar | saneathomemom.comStore-bought sauces like tzatziki, can be so expensive, and often filled with ingredients that are not necessary. Also – when I want an easy dinner, I don’t want to have to run to the store to pick up some random ingredient that’s going to sit in my fridge half used for the next few months!

Here’s a simple sauce, packed with protein, that’s perfect on top of pita, salads, sandwiches and more! Most of these ingredients are ones you probably have lying around anyways. I know dill is not super common – I have made this without dill on a lazy day, and it was good. I picked up dried dill to keep in my pantry when I don’t have fresh, though. It does take it to the next level.Easy, Affordable Family Dinner | Taco Tuesday Alternative | Pita Bar | saneathomemom.com
